We collect as little as possible and sell none of it.
What we collect
When you buy: your email address, name and billing country. Your card
details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
When you download: the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
This is how we detect licence abuse, and it is the only reason we keep it.
When you activate a licence: the domain you activated it on.
That is the complete list. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel
and no third-party tracker on this site.

Who else sees it
- Stripe, who process payment. Their privacy policy governs that.
- Our email provider, to deliver your licence and any support replies.
Nobody else. We do not sell or share your data.
How long
Order and licence records are kept for seven years, which Australian tax law
requires. Download logs are kept for twelve months. Sign-in tokens are deleted
after use or expiry.
Your rights
Email us to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or ask for deletion. We will
delete what we can — some order records we are legally required to keep.
Cookies
One session cookie, so you stay signed in. No tracking cookies, so no banner.
Security
Everything is served over HTTPS. Customer accounts use single-use sign-in links
rather than passwords, so there are no customer passwords to leak.
