Questions
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Add it in your dashboard and we show you exactly which DNS records to create. SSL is issued automatically once the records are live — usually within an hour, occasionally longer depending on your registrar.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, then it is suspended rather than deleted. You have thirty days to export or resubscribe before anything is removed.
Can I move to self-hosting later?
Yes. We will export your database and photographs, and you can buy the standalone platform and run it yourself. You are not locked in.
Do I still get all the style kits?
All thirty-nine, on every plan. There are no feature tiers within the design itself.
What about email?
Enquiry forms send through our mail infrastructure, included. We do not provide mailboxes — use Google Workspace or Fastmail for that.
